National Piano Guild Phases
Published: May 19, 2020 | Category: Uncategorized
If you're not familiar with it, National Piano Guild is an amazing program that not only offers two different high school diplomas in piano studies but also offers collegiate levels. The only issue with it is the requirements can be very confusing to navigate. As I am learning, I will post videos and share what I learn as I go.
I love the fact that NPG offers so much variety to every student at every level. Without going into confusing detail, this is a program for every student. It also helps students stay on track with goals for each year and it offers the ability for students to receive end-of-the-year grades for their piano studies. Even the casual learner benefits from this goal-oriented program.
I'm including a link to my YouTube channel where you can find instruction videos on what each level requires in the way of scales/chords/cadences/arpeggios. I am slowly adding more videos so please check back from time to time to see what's new. Or subscribe and click the bell so you will be alerted whenever I add a new video.
